Viva, one of Bolivia’s main telecoms providers, has been rolling out Apple Store style “Experience” stores throughout Bolivia. The latest in the chain has just opened in Sucre.
The Experience stores let customers try before they buy, by testing out demonstration models of all the latest smart phones and Viva products. Similar to Apple Stores, the Experience stores have a clean, spacious layout with staff on hand to help out.
The Experience store also provides the full range of sales and customer support services found in existing Viva stores.
Other Viva Experience stores are already open in La Paz, Cochabamba, Santa Cruz and Tarija.
Sucre’s Viva Experience store is located on Calle Audiencia near Plaza 25 de Mayo.
